The customer

is the person who uses the application, whether the person is a natural or legal person.

 Agreeing to the terms of the contract

When you use the (SMARTFOODKW) application, it is considered as your acceptance of the terms of the contract contained in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the application.

Changes to the Agreement

When any change is made to the Agreement, you will be notified of that as soon as possible by posting the changes on the Application - our website.

Pre-payment

The (SMARTFOODKW) application has the right at any time to request pre-payment without giving any reasons.

Order cancellation policy

The customer has the right to modify the order in case the order is not confirmed or the amount has been collected.

Intellectual property rights

All content contained in the (SMARTFOODKW) application, including but not limited to (logos, images, audio clips, icons, software) We reserve all our rights and ownership in the application and services - for example, but not limited to - all intellectual property rights contained in the Terms of Use.

The law to which the terms are subject

The terms of use are subject to the law of the KUWAIT
